1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use phsk, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide — including your name, date of birth, and contact details — is accurate and up to date. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the phsk platform; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. phsk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. If you are found to be ineligible or have provided false information, your account and any associated balances may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your phsk login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with any other person. phsk will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login details. 2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and PHP Transactions

All financial transactions on phsk are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly after successful payment processing. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require supporting documentation before funds are released. phsk does not charge hidden fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal. phsk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Bonus and Promotional Funds

Bonus credits awarded through phsk promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements detailed on the Promotions page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must be converted to real-money balance by meeting the applicable turnover conditions. phsk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Misuse of promotional offers — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

3. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games and betting markets available on phsk — including Sports, Betting, Slots, and Fish Game — are governed by their respective game rules, which are displayed within each game section. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game or market before placing a wager. phsk reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or any other circumstance outside normal operating conditions. Bets placed after an event has concluded, or after a market has been suspended, will be voided and stakes returned. Players are expected to conduct themselves in a fair and honest manner at all times; any attempt to exploit software errors, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

phsk cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies. Any account found to be involved in prohibited activities will be reported as required by applicable law, and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

5. Intellectual Property and Platform Use

All content on the phsk platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of phsk or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phsk content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of phsk intellectual property may result in legal action. The phsk name and logo are trademarks and may not be used in any context without express written consent from phsk.

6. Limitation of Liability

phsk provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. phsk shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phsk's decision on the appropriate resolution — including voiding affected bets — shall be final. phsk's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. Nothing in these Terms limits phsk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
